after having career counseling, I realized what my values are.I also learned later on that if my values arent the same as my boss and my co-workers I begin to loose interest for my work.I feel like Being a perfectionist could be the problem... caring about my job seems to be the reason why i end up dissapointed and, dissapoint others at work
